Welcome to Verkoni. By accessing our website, platform services, or matching marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. User Accounts and Verification
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding. Verkoni reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading resume credentials, mock experience, or fake company listings.
2. Marketplace Conduct
Verkoni is a high-signal community. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access:
- Sending bulk unsolicited recruiters pitches or spam messages to candidates.
- Attempting to bypass pricing agreements or contract stipulations.
- Scraping candidate profile data for third-party databases.
3. Fees and Billing (Founders)
Startups hiring through Verkoni agree to the fee schedule specified in their pricing plan agreement. Placement success fees are due within 30 days of the candidate's start date, unless subscribed to a flat fee agreement.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
Verkoni matches candidates and founders but does not act as an employer, agent, or representative. We make no guarantees regarding candidate success, startup stability, or employment outcomes.
