2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized solely to deliver and optimize our matching marketplace:
- To calculate candidate-role compatibility scores.
- To protect candidate identities from their current employers (via custom blocklists).
- To deliver interview pitches, communication tools, and platform notifications.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Candidate profile details are only disclosed to vetted founders on the platform after mutual interest is confirmed, or if the candidate explicitly accepts a founder pitch.
